service httpd start

service postgresql start

[root@linux ~]# psql -h 127.0.0.1 -U dbuser -d david -p 5432

david=> \quit

[root@linux ~]# psql -h 127.0.0.1 -U dbuser -d david -p 5555
psql: could not connect to server: Connection refused
